Same-Day and Next-Day Delivery in Thailand
For modern flowers style in Bangkok same-day delivery is generally available everyday on orders received before 3:00 PM. in the recipient's time zone (excluding holidays and peak floral delivery periods.) Otherwise, next-day delivery is the norm. For Garlands (Thai Flowers style) in domestic with three days delivery from Thaiecard and international with five days delivery from us. Sundays and Legal Holidays
Delivery of province and international services are often NOT available in many areas on Sundays or legal holidays. So, while every effort will be made to accommodate such deliveries when possible, items requested for delivery on a Sunday or legal holiday may be delivered the day before or day after the date requested, if necessary.

Peak Floral Delivery Periods
IMPORTTANT - At peak floral delivery periods, such as Valentine's and Mother's Day, please order at least two days in advance to ensure timely delivery.

When We Charge Your Credit Card
We will attempt to secure authorization on your credit card at the point of purchase online. If there is a problem securing this authorization you will be notified on the spot and prompted to use another card. If we receive verification of sufficient funds, your order will be completed and transferred securely to us. Your account will be charged in 24 to 48 hours.

Returns are easy for Thai Gifts Collections
Our return policy is simple. Within 7 days of receipt of your order, you may return

• any Thai Gifts Collection items in new and original condition, with its original packaging items purchased from Thaiecard
for a full refund. Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Thaiecard.

Our returns center cannot process exchanges. If the item is a gift, we can issue a check refund to the gift recipient at the same address to which the order was shipped. Including the e-mail address or name of the person who gave the gift will help to expedite the process.

If the item is not a gift, we will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

Please write the reason for your return on the back of your packing slip. Enclose the slip in the carton, wrap the package securely, and send it to the address listed on the back of your packing slip.

For all international packages of Thai gifts Collections, if the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift" but the cost of the items is still stated on the customs form. Currently, we are not able to describe the contents in any other way.

Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by recipient, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
